Our 4-storey office and part residential development on a riverside site backing on to the River Wey in Guildford, has now had the RC frame completed. This is one of our latest photographs from site, and as you can see the formwork and back-propping has now been removed fully.
Next, will be the installation of 100mm wide CLT (cross-laminated timber) panels forming the external walls, together with the construction of internal masonry walls.
Other works currently on-site include the installation of an open-loop ground source heat pump system.
