Good progress continues at this site, with the RC frame going up and the precast stairs now coming in!
Charters will be a four-storey office block built in reinforced concrete. The thermal mass of the concrete in conjunction with a TABS system (thermally activated building system) at each floor, will be used to heat and cool the building.
