vkhp-consulting were appointed through Architects and historic building consultants, Manorwood as Structural Engineers in the significant refurbishment and repairs to a Listed farmhouse, together with a modern single storey extension. 

The new single storey extension was to cantilever out over a large pond to form a floating effect with a wraparound cantilevered balcony terrace.
