This is a Grade II listed terrace originally forming eight "late Georgian" houses. Up to the early 1990's it had been used as the main offices of Courage Brewery and later by the BBC for the shooting of the TV soap "This life".

The building was acquired by the developer in an extremely dilapidated condition and converted into 29 magnificent apartments, for which vkhp-consulting was appointed to carry out the necessary structural design.

The exterior was restored to the very highest standards and now takes its place in this landmark position beside the Financial Times building on Southwark Bridge.
