This development comprised of 92 one and two bedroom apartments, penthouses and galleried apartments, and it is located near the Southend East Station and local street cafes, restaurants and shops in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

vkhp-consulting were appointed as Structural Engineers for the project. The structural design consisted of a reinforced concrete "podium" slab over the low level retail units, which in turn supports a timber frame superstructure over the upper floors and a top level penthouse.

At the time of construction, this was one of the largest residential timber frame buildings being undertaken.
