Mill Place is a new-build detached block of flats of traditional construction, with pre-cast concrete hollowcore floors supported on load bearing masonry walls. Cranked steel frames were designed at second floor to support the pitched roof and provide a living floor area within the roof space.
We also provided design details and specification for the underground drainage and external paving.
