Insurance Claims

Each of our offices have engineers with considerable experience in dealing with the diagnosis and rectification of insurance related defects, e.g. subsidence, fire, flood, impact damage, etc.

Typically our commissions come from either the property owner, insurers or their appointed Loss Adjusters, to determine the extent of repairs required, prepare specifications, seek costings and oversee through to completion, with agreement of final accounts. We are also regularly commissioned to appraise the suitability of recommendations made by others.
