Feasibility Studies

These are often undertaken in conjunction with the appointed Architect, Quantity Surveyor and Client to enable an early decision to be made as to the viability of a scheme. Typically a desk-top study would be undertaken to consider likely ground conditions, foundation solutions, superstructure forms, infrastructure considerations, etc. We work closely with our clients to provide as much information as practically possible within the obvious time constraints when project viability has to be considered as a matter of urgency.
